Anthony Geffen is one of the world’s leading producers and film makers. He worked with BBC television for ten years before setting up Atlantic Productions in 1992.

His films have been honoured by the industry’s leading awards including receiving the 2011 BAFTA award for ‘Specialist Factual’, a number of EMMYS, the Critics Guild, and leading prizes at the New York and Chicago film festivals.

Television work includes the Emmy award winning Jerusalem city of Heaven; David Attenborough series First Life; the record rating global special Nefertiti Resurrected; landmark series The Promised Land, The American Dream; Emmy nominated ‘Charlotte Church Live Special’ and the Bafta nominated Munich: Mossad’s Revenge.

Theatrical work includes the critically acclaimed IMAX/Cinema release films The Wildest Dream: Conquest of Everest and the BAFTA winning Flying Monsters 3D with David Attenborough.

He also produces theatrical ventures and other projects with Hollywood producer Mike Medavoy (Black Swan, Shutter Island) through Geffen-Medavoy Pictures (GMP).

Anthony is working with leading technology companies to build content for new digital platforms, as well as developing the use of computer graphics and special effects for television and film.

He is a visiting Fellow of St Cross College Oxford.
